CONCEPT
Abstract flickering imagery and Zach's low-frequency sine (Alpha) waves are employed to evoke rhythms that resonate with a calm, meditative awareness. This collaborative concept draws inspiration from a method known as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), pioneered in the 1980s by Dr. Francine Shapiro. She found that alternating stimulation between the right and left hemispheres of the brain, achieved through repetitive horizontal eye movements, could induce specific responses.
